HOSPITAL DIOSPI SUYANA
Diospi Suyana is a hospital located in the village of Curahuasi, Apurimac, founded by a German couple of doctors who have been committed for many years to the promotion of this initiative in the highlands of Peru. The hospital, whose construction involved an investment of approximately US $3,000,000 covers an area of 34,000m² and serves an average of 100,000 patients each year who live in the southern region of Peru, changing the existing statistics of 2.8 doctors per 10,000 inhabitants in Apurimac.
We were part of this great project by donating transport and providing storage for containers in order to transport donations and the equipment brought from other countries; this operation represented an investment of more than US$ 80,000.
